20-day return window
You may return or exchange any item within 20 days of delivery, for any reason. No need to email us. Just fill out our Return Request Form to get started.
What’s eligible

Any unworn, unwashed item in its original condition
- Returns for wrong size, changed mind, or not what you expected
- Returns for defects, misprints, or damage
What’s not eligible

Face masks or sealed items due to hygiene regulations
- Items returned without a completed return form (these may be donated and are not eligible for refund)
How it works

1. Submit the Return Request Form
- You’ll tell us what went wrong and what you’d like (refund, exchange, etc.)

2. We review your request and send next steps:
- If your item is damaged or misprinted, we’ll usually replace it without needing it back.

If you're exchanging or returning for personal reasons, we’ll email you a return label and instructions.

3. Send the item back using the return label provided.

4. Receive your refund or replacement as soon as the return is confirmed.

Unclaimed & undeliverable items

If a package is returned due to a wrong or incomplete address, we’ll hold it for 30 days and email you to confirm a corrected address.

After 30 days, unclaimed items are donated and no refund will be issued.

A note on sustainability
We don’t carry excess inventory or do large-scale returns. Our on-demand process helps reduce waste, and we ask our customers to help us stay mindful by only ordering what they love.
